Return & Refund Policy

Refunds
EMS has a 14 day Refund Policy. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges after 14 days from purchase.
Item must be unused and in good working condition. It must also be in the original packaging. Obvious signs of use and abuse, item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts will not be eligible for return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Non-returnable items:
* Software products
* Encrypted Terminals

Return & Refund Process
Once item is received and inspected, we will contact you via email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Pending Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after approval, it may take 3 to 5 business days before your refund is officially posted to your account. Contact your bank as processing times may vary before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they were defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@etechpos.com

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Always use traceable shipping service and shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
